Tapioca pearls, also known as bubble or boba, are small, black chewy balls that are made from tapioca starch, and often added to beverages for extra texture. Originating from Taiwan, bubble tea has won an impeccable place in the beverage industry for over 40 years. 

At Baboon Bubble, we aspire to start a boba revolution, a revolution where boba can be any flavor and any color, using natural ingredients. To achieve our goal, we gather experts with over 30 years of experience in the food and restaurant industry as well as food manufacturing operations, utilizing advanced rapid freezing technology and cold chain logistics to deliver boba and freshly-squeezed beverages that are vegan, gluten-free, and most importantly, naturally nutritious.

To respect and appreciate all nourishing gifts from mother nature, our farming partners adopt sustainable and organic farming techniques to make sure the soils get sufficient rest between harvest season and planting season, so that our fruits and tea plants grow and prosper in healthy lands. Our workers then carefully select fruits and tea leaves that are used in Baboon Bubble’s beverages. 100% premium juice & diamond pearls are made to the highest standard, no preservatives, and no artificial colors or flavors !

02 RIGOROUS EXPERIMENTS & TESTINGS TO DEVELOP NEW FORMULAS


After countless experiments and testing, Baboon Bubble reaches its final break-through. We combine traditional tapioca balls with fresh juice made of high-quality ingredients, allowing every person to create a cup of bubble tea within 5 minutes. We call this formula the “Golden Ratio.”

03 cold chain logistics: RESTORE FRESHNESS


The key to preserving and restoring freshness of our boba and real-fruit beverages is our rapid freezing technology. Our premium ingredients, including but not limited to a vast variety of tea leaves and fruits, are instantly frozen not long after they are picked. Then, we distribute our products through worldwide refrigerated transportation, always maintaining freshness until delivered into our clients’ hands.

To make a fresh cup of bubble tea, simply defrost Baboon Bubble’s diamond pearls by boiling them in hot water for 3 mins. The heat will restore the chewy texture of the boba and release the aroma of the fruits at the same time. Simply defrost the fresh fruit tea by room temperature. It’s blooming delicious!
